Call to Worship
Good morning, and welcome to Redemption! Stand and hear God’s Word, as it calls us to worship our Lord — the maker of heaven and earth — our only help!
Oh sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth!
Sing to the LORD, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day.
Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous works among all the peoples!
For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised;
he is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols,
but the LORD made the heavens.
Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
– Psalm 96:1-6
Assurance of Grace / Passing of the Peace
Hear this powerful assurance, friends:
The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners — of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.
– 1 Timothy 1:14-16 NIV
Oh, what joy the gospel brings! Greet one another with that joy now.

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God,

And also with you!
