Call to Worship
Good morning! What better way to end the year than to gather here together in worship to the One who was gracious in giving us our days! Let’s look to God’s Word as it calls us to worship:

Lift up your heads, O gates!
And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Who is this King of glory?
The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD, mighty in battle!

Confession / Lament
Hear the words of Jesus to us:

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.”

– John 15:4

As we strengthen our resolve to do good things in the new year, let’s remember that we can do nothing good apart from Christ. In all of the resolutions and need-to’s of 2019, let’s sing and remember our real need.

Friends, let’s take assurance and peace in this:

The Lord has been faithful to us this year, all the way up until this very moment. With the peace of Christ, let’s greet one another and encourage each other to keep going this morning.
